As a File administrator, you are enterprising, and client-minded and preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in business management: Accountancy-Taxation or a Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent.

You will be part of a stimulating and professional working environment in which effort is appreciated and rewarded. Our staff members can count on our support in their ITAA internship.

If you are fluent, communicative and have strong organisational skills, you are hands-on but can also be discrete, feel free to apply for a position in our Secretariat.

Every year we also give students in higher education the chance to do their internship at our office under the supervision of a mentor. During this internship, you get the chance to get a taste of working on various assignments in the areas of Accountancy and Tax.

DRT & Partners is an accounting firm working for SMEs and one-man businesses. The firm has a stable team of 20 staff members, 3 partners and is growing steadily. In order to support the growth of the office, we are looking for a File administrator. Job description (m/f) After a trial period, as a File administrator, you will be responsible for the follow-up, from A to Z, of the bookkeeping and fiscal files of SMEs and one-man businesses. You are the trusted advisor and personal contact of your clients. You work in a team in which you can rely on the support of your team members allowing you to grow in your job. Your tasks and responsibilities are:
  • Booking of purchase and sales invoices and bank statements
  • Preparing balance sheets and VAT tax returns
  • Filing corporate and personal tax returns
  • Following up on advance payments
  • Finalizing the year end closing
  • Preparing annual accounts, interim financial reports and reporting to the client

Profile
  • You have Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy-Taxation, a Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent
  • You have two to five years of relevant experience in an accountancy firm
  • You are able to work autonomously and accurately
  • You are client-minded, easy to work with and a team player
